"Five Rights"
It is important that we continue to vibrate "Five Rights" message down the line to house staff and other staff involved in Critical Care to minimize medication errors.
1. Right Patient.
2. Right Drug.
3. Right Time.
4. Right Dose.
5. Right Route.
